Recipe Parmesan flan by Susanna
for 8 people
cream 250 gr
6 eggs
parmigiano cheese 250 gr
butter
nutmeg
salt
pepper
breadcrumbs
8 baking molds
You have to grate the Parmesan cheese and place in a bowl with the eggs.
Fitted with electric mixer eggs and parmesan for 2 minutes, add the cream, salt and pepper and a bit of grated nutmeg and blend for 1 minute.
You buttered the molds and put a pinch of bread crumbs on the bottom, fill the molds and place in a oven dish half full of water, bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
When the flans are browned remove them from the oven and inverted on a plate.
